I am originally from Japan. I studied pottery in Malaysia (firing cone 10 oxidation). My teacher was Chinese Malay, so my pottery style has Japanese and South Asian influence. I also studied china painting for 4 years in Japan (first, making pots at cone 6 and then once painted, re-firing pots again, but this time to a much lower temperature, cone 018).

I enjoy making interesting and functional pots with a green and blue colour palette.
